When finance is required for a property that
will be used for business purposes, particularly if the property
does not incorporate a dwelling, this will normally be arranged
on a commercial basis.
Every case is individual.
We use major banks, building societies and other specialist lenders,
each having their own lending criteria and preferred property sectors.

Semi commercial
The property to be financed also includes a residential element;
normally the property will be the main residence of the applicants
as well as their business, for example a livery yard, specialist
medical practice or bed
and breakfast.
Wherever feasible, we will arrange finance on a residential basis, therefore achieving a lower rate of interest than would be obtained through commercial funding. However it can often be more sensible to use commercial finance, normally on grounds of tax efficiency.
Commercial funding
We can cater for people buying premises for their own company,
investment properties, purchases through pension schemes, acquisitions
and refinancing and can can also recommend lenders for secured/unsecured
loans, business banking, bridging finance and overdrafts.
